Leftover Pulp From Juicing
1. Frozen Pulp Delicacy For Fruit Pulp
This is my most favorite recipe since I am a big fan of popsicles no matter what flavor they are. Simply add some squeezed fruit juice to the pulp and mix it well. You may also add some refined sugar for taste. Then transfer the mixture to popsicle molds and insert a stick in the middle of each mold. Then freeze the molds for a few hours until they are completely frozen. After that, take out the delicacy, add some chocolate or homemade caramel topping if you want, and enjoy the healthy treat!

2. Veggie Patties For Burgers
Making veggie popsicles would be gross so here is a trick for the leftover veggie pulp. Take the vegetable pulp in your hands and press it into the shape of a round Pattie. Then dip the Pattie in a beaten egg mixture and transfer the Pattie into a bowl containing bread crumbs. Then set the patties inside the freezer for two hours. After that, simply take the Pattie out of the freezer and deep fry it for a couple of minutes. And Voila! A delicious crunchy burger patty is all ready for you to munch on!
I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do. These fun and yummy recipes are the only way I can stomach the leftover juicing pulp. But that is not the extent of it.
