How to use the Smart Grinder Pro

Delicious, third wave specialty coffee depends upon precision grinding to achieve the perfect dose. With the Smart Grinder™ Pro, it has never been easier to perfect the grind and make café-quality coffee from the comfort of your own home. 
Follow along as our host and Leo Schmidt, a professional roaster, demonstrate how to use the Smart Grinder™ Pro. When grinding beans for espresso, we recommend you use a single-walled cup to extract the maximum flavor potential of the beans. 
Insert the single walled basket into the portafilter to prepare to grind. You can set the machine to grind one cup or two cup’s worth of beans, and select the single walled basket to suit your choice. Choose the grind size using the grind size dial. We recommend that you start at grind level 14, then adjust from there to suit your taste. 
As you grind, you may find the grounds start to overflow the filter basket. Simply press 'Pause,' settle the grounds, then resume grinding. When the Smart Grinder™ Pro finishes grinding, it is time to tamp the grounds into a compact puck. 
Then, using the precise Razor™ tool included with The Bambino® Plus, you can trim the dose like a professional barista.
